Coaches Update:
A 10th joint bargaining session was held on Monday, January 23, at State APSCUF. A state mediator was present.
PASSHE passed a proposal. APSCUF responded that, at this stage in the collective bargaining process, management's minor changes from its last proposal warrant no serious consideration. PASSHE's proposal would mean major economic concessions for the coaches' bargaining unit. PASSHE's latest proposal offers less to coaches than what other bargaining units have been offered.
The parties have not yet scheduled future joint bargaining sessions.
