Daniel Greenstein is the next chancellor of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education, effective in September, the State System’s Board of Governors announced today.

“My colleagues and I look forward to Dr. Greenstein’s leadership,” APSCUF President Dr. Kenneth M.
