Coach contract negotiations have begun between the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) and Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education. The negotiation teams met Friday, Aug. 7, to discuss the process for negotiations. The teams are slated to meet again Oct. 13. The current four-year contract for non-faculty athletic coaches expires June 30, 2027.
APSCUF represents about 5,000 faculty and coaches at the State System campuses: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester.
