Teams exchanged proposals during today’s negotiations between the union representing coaches at Pennsylvania’s state-owned universities and Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education. Today’s meeting, held at the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties’ office in Harrisburg, was the third bargaining session for the next coaches’ contract. The current agreement expires June 30.
The next meeting is slated for July 1 at Dixon University Center in Harrisburg.
APSCUF represents about 5,500 faculty and coaches at the State System universities: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester Universities of Pennsylvania.
