Each year APSCUF awards a $3,000 scholarship to a student at one of the 14 universities in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). In addition to being enrolled at a PASSHE school, applicants must be a family member of an APSCUF member. Each applicant must submit two letters of reference from APSCUF members and a 500-word essay.

This year’s winner is Robin M. Beisel, a senior at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Robin is a member of the Robert E. Cook Honors College, the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology Honors Program, the International Business Association, Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity and the IUP ski club. She’s president of the French Club and an IUP Student Alumni Association ambassador. The APSCUF Special Services Committee has the difficult task of selecting each year’s scholarship winner, and according to committee chairman Pablo Delis, this year was no different. for more information.
